Athletics Banquet
Year round, New College athletes train hard to make us all proud and keep our up our reputation. To demonstrate our appreciation, we hold an annual Athletics and Awards Banquet to honor their achievements. Free food and entertainment aside, the great company of our well-rounded students fuels the night to make it a memorable celebration. Most Valuable and Most Improved Player awards are also handed out for individual recognition. Come out and support our talented athletes for a night of fun and relaxation.
Ski Trip
New College's notorious annual Ski Trip has people buzzing every year. This highly subsidized event includes transportation, accommodation for one night and two days, equipment rental (if you need it) and ski-lift tickets for both days. Skiers and snowboarders are all welcome. No experience? No problem! We have pros and beginners hittin' the slopes hard every year! There are even hot tubs, pools, bars, and nightclubs to make your trip even more memorable. (Ice swimming and bathing suit now run optional).
Last year, the trip was Tues Feb 19 - Wed Feb 20, to the Blue Mountain Resort.
We left from Wetmore hall at 7:30 AM, and returned the following night around 11PM.
